This lettered jacquard elastic band has a special feature. When you stretch it in both directions, its width does not become narrower. Normal elastic bands get thinner when you pull them. Ours does not. So the letters woven on it are not deformed by stretching. The letters stay clear.

This lettered jacquard elastic band contains 80% polyester and 20% spandex. It can also use latex thread. Its stretch is high. The stretch ratio is about 1:2.2. For example, a 10mm band can be pulled to 22mm. The features are even stretch and good recovery. The surface is very flat. It is soft and skin-friendly. Our product is also AZO-free. Color fastness is level 4 or above. Colors do not wash off. You can use it on brand-name underwear, brand-name sportswear, or brand-name fashion waistbands. You can weave any letters or patterns you want. Our R&D team has 20 senior engineers. They focus on jacquard technology. Our machines are imported from Germany. So the letters we weave are very fine.

Do you provide free samples? No, we do not. But we can make samples. You pay the sample fee. Custom sample development takes 15 to 25 days. Bulk production takes 30 to 45 days.
