We are very good at making elastic bands. Today I want to introduce our basic model. It is called the Plain Elastic Band. This band gives you medium elasticity. It also has a smooth surface. The product uses polyester and latex yarn. You can stretch it to 2.0 times its original length. For example, a 10mm piece can stretch to 24mm. Our tests show a stretch ratio of 1:2.0. That is enough for many clothes. The surface is very flat and smooth. The band is also thin and light. This makes it easy to sew. Factory workers like it because it does not turn or twist. It helps them work faster. Our common widths go from 7mm to 45mm. We can make any width you need. Our materials are spandex, polyester, and nylon. This product is a general model for waistbands and cuffs.

Our factory makes 2.5 million meters of elastic bands every month. We have 150 machines running. Big orders are not a problem for us. We do 100% inspection before packing. Our QC team checks every roll. No bad product leaves our door. The minimum order quantity is 13,200 meters. You can mix different colors in one order. Each color needs about 7,000 meters. Sample development takes 15 to 25 days. Bulk production takes 30 to 45 days. We ask for 40% deposit and 60% balance. We accept RMB and HKD.
