Elastic Bias Binding

Our company started in 1998. We have been making elastic bands for 30 years. We have 20 senior technicians in our factory. Our machines come from Germany and Italy. They are very precise. The Elastic Bias Binding uses polyester and high-elastic spandex. The stretch is tight and firm. You can pull it to 2.3 times its original length. For example, 10mm can stretch to 23mm. The ratio is 1:2.3. The surface has a herringbone pattern. This pattern makes the band thick and stiff. It does not curl at the edges. When you sew it, the band stays flat. Workers can sew faster. This product is alsowear-resistant – it resists wear. You can use it on backpack straps or workwear waistbands. It lasts a long time. Our monthly capacity is 2.5 million meters. We have 150 machines running. So we can deliver your order quickly.

We have our own R&D team with more than 80 technicians. We focus on innovation. The product comes in widths from 7mm to 45mm. The materials are spandex, polyester, and nylon. You can choose any color. We support OEM and ODM. Send us your drawings and we will follow them. We can send you samples, but the sample itself is not free. You pay a small fee. Development time for custom samples is 15 to 25 days. Bulk production takes 30 to 45 days. Repeat orders are faster – about 4 to 8 days sooner.
